Introducing Saggar Pro
The Saggar Mac app is free. Projects, sessions, agents, statuses, and the attention queue cost nothing, with no account or sign-in required.
Saggar Pro lets you keep work moving when you're away from your desk. Get notified when an agent needs a decision, answer from your phone, and have the next task start without waiting for you to return. It's £1.99 or $2.50 a month, with the first month free for everyone. One subscription covers every Mac you own.
Pro includes:
- Remote control from your browser or iPhone. See which sessions need you, read live terminal output, answer approval prompts, and type into a session. You can give an agent its next instruction or interrupt a command from your phone. The browser Companion is available now, and the native iOS app is in beta through TestFlight.
- Push notifications when a session needs a decision. An agent waiting for permission can sit blocked for hours while you're out. A notification brings you back to the session so you can answer and let it continue. The native iOS app also supports replies straight from a notification.
- Hooks that turn events into work. A failed CI run can open an agent session to investigate the logs. A labeled GitHub issue can trigger triage or, with your explicit authorization, implementation and a pull request. Choose whether a hook waits for your review, investigates automatically, or attempts a fix. See how hooks work.
- Scheduled tasks. Run recurring commands in a project, such as tests or a daily maintenance check, without remembering to start them yourself. Each run leaves a record in the project's Activity tab. Set up scheduled tasks.
- Queued sessions. Line up a session to start after the project's current work finishes. You can prepare the next task while an agent is busy, then leave Saggar to launch it when the project is ready.
The native iOS app goes beyond answering prompts. You can inspect changed files and diffs, start sessions in saved projects, preview a website running on your Mac, and interact with its iOS Simulator. That means you can check what an agent built and send feedback from the same phone you used to approve the work.
These features fit together. A CI failure arrives while you're out. A hook starts an investigation on your Mac. When the agent needs your input, your phone alerts you. You read the output, inspect the diff, and reply. Work can continue without a trip back to the desk, and you still make the decisions that need you.
Everything runs on your Mac, using your existing agents and tools. Remote control needs your Mac awake and connected to the internet, with Saggar running; it won't wake a sleeping Mac. Pairing requires your account and approval on the Mac, and terminal traffic is encrypted end to end. There's no VPN or port forwarding to configure. Read about remote control.
